The bowl is attributed to Sergio Asti or Angelo Mangiarotti who both designed marble vessels for Knoll International during the 1970s. The unpolished bottom of the bowl is indicative of a Sergio Asti design while Angelo Mangiarotti marble vessels usually have polished bottom surfaces.
