Vintage Bitossi SETA Bowl/Planter Aldo Londi Italian Pottery Mid Century Modern

  

For sale is a vintage Italian pottery planter or flowerpot. This piece is by Bitossi, from their "Seta" line by Aldo Londi. I would consider it to be in "good" shape overall, though note it has some crazing to the underside and a small, perhaps 1/4 at widest, chip to the rim. This isn't terribly bad, considering most planters are in pretty bad shape after spending decades outside. You could touch it up easily with some gold and brown paint, as well.

This particular piece is approx 6 1/2" tall and 8" in diameter. This one seems to be a bit larger than the others that have come up.
