It is a wonderful example of vibrant, whimsical vintage Italian art pottery. Believed attributed to Fratelli Fanciullacci for Bitossi. Bottle is in chocolate brown. Clay carved with ridges to appear as wood, primitive.

Classic retro Italian glazes tomato-red, lilac, olive green, yellow, pink. SIZE: 12 1/2" h; 13 1/2" tall with stop; 5 1/4" wide across front; 4 1/2" wide base; stop is 2 1/8" long; bottle has 1 1/4" opening. AUTHENTIC: Carved on base "Italy" circa 1960s.
