Vintage STRIPED MURANO Glass LIGHTOLIER Mid-Century Modern. DIMENSIONS : 22 ¼ tall (to top of socket). The shade measures 12 wide x 13 ½ tall. DESCRIPTION : Very cool 1950s or 1960s Murano glass and brass Lightolier table lamp. The glass is decorated with off-white and green vertical stripes against a translucent off white background.

The shapes of the glass, brass top, and base are all very space-age in style, and the overall design is very striking. All sides of the lamp and shade are represented in the photos. CONDITION : Quite presentable overall with no cracks, chips, damage, or restorations. There is some wear to the paint around the on/off switch (see 11th photo). The on/off switch is a 3-way switch, but only turns on one light level. The shade is original and excellent with no stains, wrinkles, tears, or damage, but it does have some typical even toning to the inside (see 11th photo).
